Short, and limited to what this site actually does. Using 2147 Practice Finance means accepting the terms below.

1. What this site provides

2147 Practice Finance provides general information about dental practice financing and a set of calculators that apply arithmetic to assumptions you enter. Where the introduction service is open, it also provides a way to request an introduction to a lender.

2147 Practice Finance is not a lender, bank, credit union, loan broker, investment adviser, accountant, appraiser or law firm, and it does not arrange credit on your behalf.

2. The calculators are educational estimates

Every result is a deterministic calculation performed on the values you supply. A result is not:

  • a loan offer, quote, commitment, prequalification or indication of terms;
  • a credit decision or an assessment of whether you would be approved;
  • a formal appraisal, valuation opinion, or fair market value determination;
  • accounting, tax, investment or legal advice;
  • a forecast or guarantee of any practice’s future results.

Default values are illustrative assumptions, not benchmarks or recommendations. The models exclude taxes, variable-rate behaviour, credit lines and much else; each tool page states its own exclusions, and the methodology page states the rules common to all of them. Verify anything that matters with your own advisers and with the lender’s own figures. You are responsible for decisions you make.

3. The introduction service, where available

Requests go to a person who works in dental practice financing. There is no fee to request financing help.

A request for a lender connection is not a loan application, a loan offer, a credit decision, a formal appraisal, or legal representation. Submitting one creates no obligation on any lender to consider or fund anything, and no obligation on 2147 Practice Finance to make an introduction.

  • Availability depends on the financing need, the lender and the location. An introduction may not be available for a given request, and that is a normal outcome rather than a rejection of anything.
  • A person reviews each request. There is no automated matching, scoring or eligibility decision, and no claim is made that any lender offered is the best available option for you.
  • Nothing is forwarded to a lender automatically. Permission is requested for a specifically named lender, and for specified information, before anything is shared.
  • Any financing relationship is between you and the lender, on that lender’s own terms, through that lender’s own process. 2147 Practice Finance is not a party to it and does not negotiate, advise on, or manage it.
  • Other lenders may be available outside any arrangement this site has. You are free to approach any lender directly, and comparing several is sensible.

4. Compensation

Lenders pay us when qualifying financing funds. Borrowers pay no fee to request a connection.

No fee is charged to you for requesting a connection. No claim is made here about what effect, if any, compensation has on a lender’s pricing, because that is the lender’s own arrangement and not something this site can verify.

5. Lender information changes

The lender guide summarises what lenders’ public pages said on the date shown on each entry. Those pages change without notice. No rate, term, fee, approval likelihood or funding time is published here for any lender, and nothing in the guide is a recommendation, an assertion of a contracted panel, or a complete list of the market. Confirm anything that matters directly with the lender.

6. No legal services and no attorney-client relationship

2147 Practice Finance is not a law firm and provides no legal services. The founder’s separate law practice is a distinct business, described on the about page. Nothing on this site is legal advice, and using the site, sending an inquiry, or receiving an introduction creates no attorney-client relationship. Do not send confidential or privileged material through this site or its contact route.

7. Acceptable use

Use the site for its intended purpose. Do not attempt to interfere with it, scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others, misrepresent your identity in an inquiry, or use the contact route to send material of the kinds the privacy page asks you not to send.

8. Content and availability

The text, explanations and calculation methods on this site belong to their owner and may be read, printed and used for your own decisions. They may not be republished as your own content. Lender names are their owners’ marks, used here only to identify the organisation; no logos are used and no affiliation is implied by a mention.

The site is provided as it is, without a warranty of accuracy, completeness or uninterrupted availability. Features, availability of the introduction service, and these terms may change. If the service is paused, the site will say so rather than continuing to invite requests.

9. Limits

To the extent the law allows, 2147 Practice Finance is not liable for losses arising from decisions made using this site’s information or calculations, or from dealings with any lender. Nothing here excludes a liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. No mandatory arbitration, class-action waiver, or choice of forum is imposed by these terms; if a governing-law provision becomes appropriate once the operating entity is established, it will be added here explicitly rather than assumed.

10. Questions

The contact page describes the current route for questions or corrections. The methodology page explains how factual claims are sourced and corrected.

These terms describe the site as it currently operates. They are not legal advice and they do not replace the owner’s own review of the policies applicable to operating a compensated introduction service.
